How would you deal with cancellations? As far as doing 12 month contracts. What do you suggest as far as cancellation fees and cancellation notice. What have you found works the best. Thanks for sharing the video and information.

We’ve used different forms of cancellation polices from 30 days req’d notice to paying the difference between a month-to-month rate and the agreement rate for the period used. Whatever you choose look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself as a consumer, “would I feel this is reasonable and would I understand and accept it?” Not like it, but accept it.
